Oh the options

Is there a better brunch option than French toast?  I think not. That sweet toast coated in cinnamon and sugar baked with a delicious vanilla custard then drenched in maple syrup and dusted with powdered sugar 😋. Oh yeah we turned it into a cupcake so you can have French toast anytime. Even on the go.

Cherry blossoms with their light pink delicate little flowers are so sweet and beautiful.  So of course we had to create a cupcake that symbolizes that balance of beauty and sweetness.

Hey are you a health nut (or like me and just plain nutty)? Apples are one of natures candy. They can get amped up a little bit by drenching them in caramel and then rolling them in peanuts but hey they are still eating fruit so technically healthy right? 😂

Awww sweet memories of camping.: Sitting around the campfire getting to play with fire and eat sugar (way to go Mom). Always trying to not burn your mouth on the hot gooey goodness or torch your marshmallows to a fiery blaze of burnt crispness.  Now you can share the memories without the drama.

This is my salute to my beloved South. It is a moist banana cupcake filled with vanilla pudding and topped with vanilla cream and crushed vanilla wafers. This baby is so good. Good for breakfast, good for lunch, good for dinner, good for mid day snacks, good for late night cravings. Just good!!  So buy in bulk so you always have one when you need one.
